If you long for the end-of-yoga-class Savasana - that blissful few minutes spent lying on your back (trying not to think about food) - try restorative yoga, the latest trend sweeping studios.

Described by yoga guru Nahid de Belgeonne as "supported and conscious rest" - achieved with long-held "opening and releasing poses" - it promotes relaxatoin, reduces stress and recharges the mind.
